Contract Details:
This position is offered as a 1-year renewable fixed-term contract, subject to performance and project needs.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or engineering diploma in mineral processing, metallurgical engineering, materials science, or a related discipline.
• Good background in mineral processing and extractive metallurgy.
• Internship or academic project experience in mineral processing.
• Practical experience in laboratory experiments related to mineral beneficiation.
• Familiarity with mineralogical and analytical techniques.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with pilot-scale mineral processing equipment.
• Familiarity with software tools for data analysis or process simulation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary research environment.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
