Poste :
The Department of Chemical & Biochemical Sciences (CBS) at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University is hiring a full-time research assistant specializing in microbiology, biochemistry, and bioprocessing (CDI). We seek motivated candidates with a solid background in chemistry and biotechnology, and expertise in microbiology, molecular biology, and chemical analysis. Applicants should possess a Master's degree in biotechnology and plant breeding, applied microbiology, or a related field. Research Engineer will collaborate closely with a team of researchers, doctoral and master's students, and technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diverse laboratory tests and experiments following established protocols. Prepare equipment, instruments, and materials, ensuring adherence to precise procedures for accurate and reproducible results.
- Follow strict safety and contamination protocols while preparing chemical reagents and handling biological and chemical samples.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and safety regulations.
- Collect, record, and organize experimental data and observations. Collaborate with researchers to analyze results.
- Manage inventory of consumables, chemicals, and research equipment.
- Summarize and record experimental findings in technical reports.
