What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior BI Consultant / BI Lead, you will:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end BI solutions.
• Build and maintain powerful dashboards and reports that translate data into business value.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable solutions using the Microsoft BI suite—Power BI, SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture needs and deliver clear, actionable analytics.
• Construct and manage data models and semantic layers for self-service BI.
• Define and maintain high standards for data quality, accuracy, and governance.

Profil recherché :

Your Skills & Background

• Master's degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering.
• Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, performance optimization, database design).
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication skills—able to translate tech talk into business speak.
• Proven ability to lead BI initiatives and work autonomously or in agile teams.

Bonus Points

• Experience with scripting (Python, R) or predictive analytics.
• Certifications in BI tools.
• A secret Excel trick that no one on the team knows (yet).
