Poste :

As part of our ongoing DevOps transformation, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven DevOps Team Leader to drive innovation, streamline delivery processes, and ensure infrastructure reliability across environments.

In this key role, you will lead a team of DevOps engineers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in automation, monitoring, and operational excellence. You’ll play a hands-on role in building robust CI/CD pipelines, improving system performance, and managing critical deployments.

 Your Main Responsibilities:

• Build and Maintain CI/CD Pipeline
• Lead the Team of DevOps Engineers
• Setup Monitoring and Alerting within existing tools
• Working with external teams to perform activities
• Manage Access Requests
• Create documentation for any work performed
• Troubleshoot issues with CI/CD pipeline
• Work on Releases and Deployments
• Production and Non Production Support.

Profil recherché :

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• High aptitude for understanding complex information systems technology
• Proven Experience in Leading DevOps Teams
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline development using Gitlab, Jenkins, and ArgoCD. As well as kubernetes experience
• Advanced skills in Troubleshooting CI/CD issues as well as application issues
• Hands on experience in monitoring using tools like prometheus, jaeger and grafana. 

Other Skills/Nice to have: 

• Strong team player; ability to facilitate, negotiate and work within a multi-domain team environment
• Strong background in security best practices
• Strong communication skills
• Background in programming is an asset
• Strong Script Skills Python, Bash, and Powershell for automation.
