Poste :

As a Senior Product Owner/Manager at InnovX, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our Agritech product strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and agronomists, to deliver solutions that address the unique challenges of the agriculture sector.

Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our Agritech offerings.
• Market Research: Conduct extensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities in the agriculture industry.
• Roadmap Planning: Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market dynamics.
• User-Centric Design: Collaborate with designers to create user-centric and intuitive product experiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and agronomy teams to ensure successful product development.
• Product Backlog: Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog with detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Release Management: Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality features.
• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers and gather feedback to inform product improvements.
• Analytics and KPIs: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate accordingly.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the product complies with relevant agricultural regulations and standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Profil recherché :

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management or ownership, with a significant focus on Agritech products.
• Agriculture Knowledge: Deep understanding of the agriculture industry, including knowledge of farming practices and technology trends.
• Product Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional product teams and drive product development from concept to launch.
• Customer-Centric: Strong customer empathy and the ability to translate customer needs into product features.
• Data-Driven: Comfortable with data analysis and using data to inform product decisions.
• Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem Solver: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, or a related field.
