JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a technically proficient Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions supporting business needs across multiple domains.

You will be responsible for building scalable and high-quality Salesforce applications, integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the CRM ecosystem.

This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce development, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.

PROFILE

As a Salesforce Developer, you support business teams in analyzing requirements, designing solutions, developing new features, and ensuring the maintenance and evolution of Salesforce platforms. You contribute to delivering reliable and scalable solutions while ensuring compliance with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and development guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and custom functionalities.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems through REST APIs and connected applications.
• Create and optimize Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
• Support deployment activities and CI/CD implementation.
• Produce technical documentation and share knowledge with team members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and Salesforce platform governance.

Profil recherché :

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Salesforce Development

• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform development.
• Excellent knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce Data Model, and Security Model.
• Strong experience with Salesforce CRM standard objects including Accounts, Leads, Opportunities, and Cases.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce customization and configuration capabilities.

Lightning Development

• Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Experience.
• Good knowledge of Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience developing responsive and user-friendly Salesforce interfaces.

Automation & Integration

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns.
• Experience with REST APIs, Connected Apps, and OAuth authentication flows.
• Expertise in Salesforce automation tools including Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows, and Triggers.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.

DevOps & Deployment

• Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) tooling and development lifecycle management.
• Understanding of source control and collaborative development practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps for Salesforce deployments would be considered an asset.

Software Engineering

• Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with Java or another object-oriented programming language is a plus.
• Knowledge of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Significant experience delivering Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration projects.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to produce technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Experience participating in the complete project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Salesforce certifications would be considered a strong advantage.
