Poste :
The Community Manager is responsible for managing SHCC's online presence and community engagement.
This role will ensure the implementation of effective communication strategies across social media platforms, develop cohesive projects to enhance the online presence of SHCC and its entities through engaging and relevant content, analyse social media data, identify opportunities for increased engagement and community growth, and foster a positive online environment for a diverse audience.
Responsabilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies on social media platforms to enhance visibility and engagement among diverse audiences.
- Create, plan, and publish attractive and relevant content tailored to our student audience.
- Manage and animate online communities, proactively responding to comments and messages.
- Analyze the performance of published content, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote our diverse events and initiatives.
- Organize online events and contests to boost engagement.
- Write regular reports on social media activities and engagement metrics.
Skills :
- Ability to write and create engaging and relevant content in Fr and EN
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve engagement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse audiences.
- Creative and innovative.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to react and manage crisis situations.
- Organisational skills and attention to detail
Profil recherché :
Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in communication, marketing, digital media, or a related field
- 3- 5 years of Proven experience in managing online communities and social media
