Poste :

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the IT team with daily operations and support activities.
• Help troubleshoot hardware and software issues for employees.
• Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and implementations.
• Maintain and update documentation for IT processes and procedures.
• Assist with inventory management of IT assets.
• Support the deployment of new technology solutions.
• Collaborate with team members on various IT initiatives.

Profil recherché :

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common productivity tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
