Poste :

Manage receiving, dispatching and daily process / operation with the proper stacking plan and locations linked with necessary storing documents and reports. Warehouse supervisor will accomplish effective logistical oversight through strong leadership and decision-making skills to insure the optimum level of Spare parts availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the receiving, shipping, handling, distribution, and storage of all freight, product, and supplies that come in and out of the terminal warehouses consider full coordination with logistics team and customs committee.
• Maintain strict control over inventory levels in order to meet internal demands.
• Plan warehouse layout and space requirements dynamically in order to prevent loss or damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization ensuring shelves accuracy, capacity and SWL per shelf prioritizing shelves contains consider safe storage priority.      
• Assist technical and planning team to link Inv. parts with CMMS module and in developing Maintenance cycle.  
• Supervise and plan for periodical rolling stock checks of random bin/aisle locations.
• Maintain the store in a tidy useable state providing an efficient and safe working area consider 5Ss applying and high security levels. 
• Coordinate expediting for long term projects/work consider inventory value decreasing
• Creates/release PRs (purchase requisitions) for the PL part lines and NPL for Engineering.
• Communicate delays or estimated delivery time when requested.
• Carry out audits of stores. Produce related audit reports, evaluate findings and evaluate improvements to be implemented into the maintenance management system.
• Check and make sure that all transactions are recorded in IFS in time.
• Update part information as required on inventory ERP
• Analyses supply performance measures and identify improvement opportunities
• Assist on planning for stores AOP related to annual forecast.
• Provides Stores KPIs and report on time.
• Follow up warehouse assists / equipment’s certificates validation and plan for periodical safety check to ensure readiness 24/7.
• Follow up lifting and lashing spare parts attached with related certificates once deliver, create related SOPs and to be marked on warehouse ERP for right receiving / issuing
• Prepare stores for the process of annual stock taking and assist as required.
• Ensure that APMT Health, Safety, Security and Environment policies and procedures are observed as well as all relevant safety legislation and the provisions of the relevant governmental Health, Safety and Environmental Acts.  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement process and to the meeting of business objectives. includes providing suggestions and input to changes and improvements in all policies and procedures (mentioned in this section or otherwise).
• Supervise, Monitor, train and appraise store staff, to ensure Company expectations are met and that the required follow-up actions are taken.
• Manage staff shifts rotations / leaves with periodical shifts swapping.   
• Covering staff shortage in case of needed.
• Inform superior as soon as possible if any general or specific task cannot be performed adequately or timely due to influences beyond your control.
• To undertake all duties and responsibilities in accordance with company code of conduct.

Profil recherché :

Who we are looking for:

• College degree preferably in business, accounting. Some formal exposure in warehouses management and inventory control will be preferred.
• Requires at least three to five years of warehouses experience in private industry, preferably in shipping or transportation industry.
• Good understanding of warehouses principles & procedures.
• Must have a good understanding of stock control, item coding, storekeeping, and procurement.
• Requires familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and electronic parts.
• Must be able to use a desktop computer with specific software applications such MS Office, especially software related to inventory control and stores.
• Requires good verbal and written communications skills in English, in addition to effective interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge of the handling and storage of engineering materials, electronic equipment and dangerous goods.
• Excellent conflict resolution and analytical with problem solving skills.
• Good planning & organizational skills
• Team leadership and teambuilding abilities.
