Poste :

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, identifying and hiring the talents who will contribute to LEYTON’s continued growth. You will work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs, identify the right profiles and ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Your missions :

• Analyze and understand recruitment needs in collaboration with Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, CV databases, job boards and other relevant recruitment channels.
• Proactively source and headhunt qualified candidates according to business and hiring requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and pre-screening to interviews, assessments, offer management and follow-up.
• Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews and assess candidates based on technical and behavioral criteria.
• Coordinate the different stages of the recruitment process with candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while ensuring quality and responsiveness.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of recruitment data in the ATS.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including recruitment events, career fairs and social media activities.
• Continuously identify new sourcing channels and approaches to strengthen our talent pipelines.

Profil recherché :

You will thrive in this position if you have :

• A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally gained within a recruitment agency / recruitment consultancy.
• Proven experience in sourcing and headhunting, particularly through LinkedIn and online recruitment platforms.
• A solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers.
• A proactive, curious and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
