Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train team members across various functions, including sales and cash handling.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock management.
  • Collaborate with management to develop schedules and optimize staffing.

Profil recherché :

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
     
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
     
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
     
  • Proficient in cash handling and basic accounting principles.
     
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
