Poste :
UM6P is seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to lead the design of an innovative e-learning platform. This role requires a blend of creative and technical skills to develop a user-centric digital environment. The successful candidate will oversee the design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring an engaging and intuitive user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Empathize: Conduct comprehensive user research and competitive analysis to understand the needs and motivations of users. Develop empathy maps and user personas to anchor design decisions.
- Define: Synthesize research findings to define clear user journeys and create user flow diagrams that map out the path to an effective educational experience.
- Ideate: Facilitate brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to generate creative design solutions. Sketch initial design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
- Prototype: Develop high-fidelity wireframes and UI designs. Utilize prototyping tools to visualize the interactivity and layout of the platform.
- Test: Conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback. Analyze the results to identify areas for improvement and refine the designs.
- Implement: Work closely with developers to translate designs into functional software. Ensure consistent implementation of the UI and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
Profil recherché :
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design, particularly with e-learning platforms, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in UX design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, and Figma.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is beneficial.
- Excellent skills in communication, collaboration, and project management.
- Proficiency in French and English;
