Duties & Responsibilities:
•Develops and implements QHSSE systems in line with international and company’s policy and procedures.
•Administers and maintains the QHSSE systems with particular focus on work / service instructions, corrective actions, audits and root cause analysis of deficiencies.
•Ensures all employees and elements of the business are in compliance with QHSSE policies, procedures and relevant location legislation.
•Develops and implements specific QHSSE projects packages to client requirements.
•Actively develops and promotes a proactive QHSSE culture through QHSSE programs.
•Develops and implement safety awareness programs, safety training, safety committee and safety meetings.
•Conducts regular QHSSE audits to all facilities registered and close out findings.
•Facilitates external audits from clients and certifying bodies
•Assists with development of technical and competency based training systems.
•Review Client bids/tenders and contracts with regard to QA requirements and to assure that Weatherford meets the requirements, monitor the progress, allocate action and close out customer non-conformance reports (CNCR’s).
•Develops & Administers QHSE training packages for QHSE Personnel within the district.
•Develop and provide Product Line Specific QHSE packages for the district.
•Ensures effective implementation Health, Safety, Security and Environmental systems and procedures. This includes the provision of management commitment & appropriate resources in his/her department.
•Ensures effective implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System in his/her department.
Skills:
Essential
•Complete understanding of the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO18001 and ISO14001 management systems.
•NEBOSH certificate or equivalent
•Competent management skills.
•Excellent customer and employee interpersonal skills.
•Advanced technical writing skills.
•Competent trainer.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially English.
Preferred
•Advanced skills in Microsoft Word for Windows, PowerPoint and Excel
•Advanced skills in computer database operations (Microsoft Access, Q Pulse)
•Auditor skills (IRCA lead auditor
