 Fresenius Medical Care is looking for a Brand Manager (H/F) in Casablanca.

Poste :

Rattached to the Head of Marketing, the Brand Manager should be able to do a sound market research and be able to creatively design activities in promoting the company products, brand and services.

Your main tasks :

• Support Head of Marketing in the development of Product & Provider Marketing strategies based on our guidelines, tactical plans and global strategic initiatives ;
• Ensure the execution and close follow up in collaboration with the Product Business/Provider Business of the agreed actions in the marketing plans on a regional level ;
• Manages the product life cycle, the product portfolio and new product launches ;
• Drive communication plans including products, institutional and initiatives campains through different channels (print, web, social media, etc.) ;
• Manage countries database in collaboration with Product Business/Provider Business with a regular update ;
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales tools and ensure standardization of the promotional material on a regional level in collaboration with sales force/HQ Regional Marketing and a comprehensive Promotional Material adapted for the Provider Business in collaboration with the Care Value Management Counter-Parts ;
• Continuously measures the impact of marketing activities and ensure lessons learned in order to improve future actions
• Collects and analyses market data, manages the industry/Healthcare trends and the need of market research, management of HQ regular market surveys ;
• Communicates latest information on all product related issues, including training of colleagues, distributors… ;
• Participation in planning and organization of different regional scientific events ( symposia, congresses, launch meetings, cycle meetings) in both Product/Provider Business ;
• Ensure product complaint management tool and reporting in coordination with Application Specialist/Regulator

Profil recherché :

Ideally Medical or Science course graduate with post graduate education in Marketing and/or communication. At least 3-5 years professional experience in a healthcare or healthcare-related business environment, ideally in an international company, in a product/Brand management role.

English, French and Arabic fluent as a must (presenting, writing, reading).
