Join a dynamic player in the healthcare sector located in Dakhla. As an accounting assistant, integration into a dedicated team allows you to actively contribute to financial rigor and the daily management of economic flows essential for the smooth operation of health services.
The main goal is to ensure fluid and precise accounting management by actively participating in the processing of current financial operations. The rigorous maintenance of records and the support provided to the accounting function aim to guarantee data reliability and compliance with legal obligations inherent to the healthcare field.
On a daily basis, the tasks involve administrative and accounting management:
- Entry of accounting entries and supporting documents.
- Monitoring of supplier and customer invoices with particular attention to account clearing.
- Active participation in bank reconciliations.
- Preparation of regular tax declarations.
- Secure filing and archiving of financial documents to ensure exemplary traceability.
Required profile :
Higher education of bac +2 level in management, accounting, or finance is essential to master the technical fundamentals of the role.
Successful professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role is required to demonstrate an immediate ability to handle accounting flows.
Rigor and organizational skills are at the core of the expectations for this position. The skills sought include:
