Joining a dynamic structure in the healthcare sector in Mohammedia represents a stimulating opportunity for a passionate laboratory technician. This mission consists of ensuring the reliability of analyses on a daily basis within a rigorous environment focused on scientific excellence.
Success in this role relies on exemplary technical precision to ensure the quality of results provided to patients and practitioners. The main objective remains strict adherence to current health and safety standards while actively contributing to the smooth running of diagnostic processes within the laboratory.
Daily routine involves great versatility and constant methodological rigor. Responsibilities include:
- Preparation and processing of biological samples according to established protocols.
- Handling specialized analysis equipment.
- Data entry and results management using internal software.
- Ensuring compliance with quality control procedures at each stage of the process.
Required profile :
A bac +2 level education is required, ideally obtained in a specialization within the medical, paramedical, health, or social fields.
Significant professional experience of between 1 and 3 years in a laboratory setting is necessary for an immediate and autonomous start.
Mastery of laboratory fundamentals is essential, combined with a high capacity for organization and concentration. Expected skills include:
- Ability to perform biological analyses according to current protocols and procedures
- Good mastery of laboratory equipment and automated systems, as well as associated IT systems.
- Rigorous adherence to rules of asepsis, hygiene, safety, and sample traceability.
- Versatility, scientific rigor, and ability to work in a team within a demanding clinical environment.
