Job :

  • Manage purchasing processes for HR (service providers, recruitment agencies, training) and IT (hardware, software, maintenance contracts) areas.
  • Manage the supplier panel: sourcing, qualification, performance evaluation, and contract renewal.
  • Conduct tenders, negotiations, and contracting in line with Group policies.
  • Analyze spending and identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
  • Ensure purchasing compliance with regulatory requirements and internal SGS standards.
  • Be the primary point of contact for internal HR and IT stakeholders for all purchasing needs.

Required profile :

  • Higher education in Purchasing, Business, Management, or equivalent (Bac+4/5).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Buyer, ideally in HR and/or IT purchasing categories.
  • Experience in a competitive environment or with a player in the same sector is a highly valued asset.
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques and purchasing management tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with demanding internal teams.
  • Rigor, organizational skills, and results-oriented.
  • Good command of French; English is a plus.
