Job :

Main missions

Reporting to the Administrative and Personnel Management department, you will be responsible for operational and administrative management within our site, including:

• Management of purchases and tracking of requests on SAP internally and with suppliers, invoicing…
• Management of general services: supplies, maintenance, service providers (car fleet…)
• Organization and monitoring of staff transport (shuttles, fleet, service providers)
• Supervision of collective catering
• Supervision of building maintenance and cleaning: cleaning, sanitary maintenance, ……
• Management of working time and preparation of payroll elements
• Personnel administration (files, contracts, medical visits, arrivals/departures)
• Monitoring of leave, absences and schedules
• Management of equipment, stocks and assets: office furniture, supplies ….
• Participation in Hygiene, Safety and Environment (HSE) actions
• Logistics support (meetings, training, events, recruitment)
• Development of reports and continuous improvement of processes
 

Required profile :

Profile sought

• Bac +2 / Bac +3 in management, administration, or finance
• Desired experience in a similar role
• Basic knowledge in HR management and administration
• Proficiency in computer and office tools
• Languages: Arabic (classical & dialectal), French, English (good level); Berber is a plus
