Job :

• Verify the completeness and compliance of patient files: identity, procedures, supporting documents, guarantees, and coverage.
• Prepare, check, and process billing according to the hospital's procedures and the information recorded in the hospital information system.
• Identify inconsistencies or missing documents and obtain corrections from the relevant teams.
• Prepare and send invoices and files to paying organizations, respecting documentary requirements and deadlines.
• Ensure the follow-up of coverage, pending files, and additional requests.
• Analyze rejections and returns from paying organizations, carry out necessary adjustments, and monitor their resolution.
• Keep the status of files updated in the HIS, ensure their traceability, and contribute to monitoring dashboards.
• Collaborate with Front Office, care services, accounting, and collections to secure the billing chain.

Required profile :

• Hold a Bac+2/3 (equivalent to Associate's or Bachelor's degree) in management, accounting, administration, or a related field.
• You have 5 to 8 years of experience in hospital billing, patient file management, or follow-up with paying organizations.
• You are comfortable with computer tools and tasks requiring precision and control.
• Proficiency in a hospital information system, particularly ENOVA, as well as knowledge of coverage (PEC) and billing processes are assets.
• Rigor.
