Job :

We are recruiting for one of our clients a Receptionist (M/F) to ensure a night shift at our site based in Casablanca Finance City (CFC).
Hours:
• Night work: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• On-site presence required

Main tasks:
• Ensure continuous presence at reception during the night shift
• Manage site access and guide visitors if necessary
• React quickly in case of incidents or emergencies (technical, security...)
• Monitor logs and track events
• Coordinate with security and maintenance teams
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards


Required profile :


Profile sought:
• Resident near CFC (highly desirable)
• Experience in reception, administrative assistance, or corporate environment appreciated
• Very good presentation and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to manage unforeseen events calmly and professionally
• Rigor, punctuality, and a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to work irregular hours long-term
• Good command of basic tools (access management, monitoring, coordination)
Languages:
• French: intermediate minimum
• English: basic level
