Job :

We are recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients operating in the Mass Distribution sector, an Insurance Agent.

Main tasks:

• Manage car insurance files.
• Manage illness files (health insurance) and follow up on them.
• Handle the company's various insurance policies (multi-risk, civil liability, etc.).
• Ensure the administrative follow-up of insurance contracts and renewals.
• Report and follow up on claims files with insurance companies.
• Be the main point of contact for insurance companies and various partners.
• Advise and support employees on insurance-related questions.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and maintain rigorous follow-up of files.

Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Insurance, Management, Business, or equivalent.
• Mandatory experience in insurance management (car, illness, and business insurance).
• Good knowledge of car insurance, health insurance, and business insurance.
• Rigor, organization, and discretion.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Proficiency in office software.
