Job :
Within a leading private clinic in Tangier, the Night Cashier Agent is responsible for managing cash collection operations and tracking patient payments during the night shift. He/She ensures the reliability of transactions, compliance with internal procedures, and the quality of reception for patients and their companions.
The position requires rigor, integrity, organizational skills, and the ability to manage financial operations in a demanding medical environment.
Main tasks:
- Welcome patients and their companions and direct them according to their needs.
- Manage cash collections related to admissions, consultations, hospitalizations, and medical services.
- Verify payments and methods of payment used.
- Ensure the follow-up of billing files and supporting documents.
- Count the cash and reconcile operations at the end of the shift.
- Ensure the traceability and security of collected funds.
- Transmit information and files to the handover team.
- Report any cash discrepancies or difficulties encountered to management, in accordance with current procedures.
Required profile :
A higher education qualification of 2 years post-secondary is required, ideally obtained in fields related to health or social services, allowing for an understanding adapted to the specific needs of patients.
A relevant professional experience of 1 to 3 years is expected for this position to demonstrate immediate autonomy in handling funds and processing transactions.
Technical mastery and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this night environment:
- Excellent skills in cash management and quick mental calculation.
- Strong sense of responsibility and professional discretion.
- Proficiency in computer tools for billing or pharmacy management.
- Ability to remain focused during night hours and to show great calmness in all situations.
