Job :

• Establish and send invoices.
• Ensure follow-up of payments and client reminders.
• Handle billing complaints and disputes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the reliability of billing operations.

Required profile :

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Experience in billing, accounting, or debt collection.
• Proficiency in office software, especially Excel.
• Accuracy, organization, customer service focus, and good interpersonal skills.
