Job :
Your main tasks as a Registration Officer will include:
Prepare and complete approval files for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles
Manage specific documents for light commercial vehicles
Process payment requests for approvals and follow up on them
Assist with vehicle identification and follow files until final validation
Coordinate with different stakeholders
Ensure the filing and tracking of approval files
Ensure procedures are updated and report important information
Required profile :
Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) minimum in Sales Administration (ADV), After-Sales Service (SAV), or equivalent,
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector,
Good command of administrative tasks and file management (registration/approval),
Rigor, organizational skills, and attention to detail,
Proficient with administrative tools and software,
Good interpersonal and communication skills
