Job :

Your main tasks as a Registration Officer will include: 

  • Prepare and complete approval files for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles
  • Manage specific documents for light commercial vehicles 
  • Process payment requests for approvals and follow up on them 
  • Assist with vehicle identification and follow files until final validation
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders 
  • Ensure the filing and tracking of approval files
  • Ensure procedures are updated and report important information

Required profile :

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) minimum in Sales Administration (ADV), After-Sales Service (SAV), or equivalent,
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive sector,
  • Good command of administrative tasks and file management (registration/approval),
  • Rigor, organizational skills, and attention to detail,
  • Proficient with administrative tools and software,
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
