Job :

Your main tasks as a Help Desk agent:

  • Handle user requests (Calls + E-mails).
  • Resolve incidents within the Service Desk scope.
  • Maintain communication between different support levels.
  • Contribute to service improvement and respect contractual commitments and security rules.

Required profile :

- Degree in Computer Systems & Networks.
- Good command of communication in English and French 
- Good knowledge of Windows environments & office software.

 

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a service desk role.
