Job :

• Handle user requests (Calls + Emails).
• Resolve incidents within the Service Desk scope.
• Maintain communication between different support levels.
• Contribute to service improvement and adhere to contractual commitments and security rules.

Required profile :

• Bac +2 (2-year degree) in IT.
• Good command of communication in German.
• Knowledge of Windows environments & office software.
