Job :

• Creation and opening of import files ;
• Follow-up of files with various service providers (freight forwarders, carriers, etc.) ;
• Accounting and sending of documents to the Finance Department ;
• Updating tracking sheets and reports in Excel ;
• Filing and administrative management of import files.
 

Required profile :

• Bac+2 (Associate's degree or equivalent) in logistics, international trade, transport, purchasing, accounting, or equivalent;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Good organization, attention to detail, and follow-through skills;
• Good communication and coordination skills with service providers.
