Roles and responsibilities:
Prepare and update maintenance technical files (workflows, procedures, operating methods) and associated work orders (WO) for interventions.
Plan preventive and corrective maintenance work in coordination with the execution teams.
Perform technical inspections of equipment to assess their condition and anticipate failures.
Analyze breakdowns, root causes, costs, and intervention times, and propose corrective and improvement actions.
Ensure mastery and use of CMMS systems (SAP or others) for creating, tracking, and closing WOs, as well as managing maintenance data.
Update the equipment structure in the CMMS (SAP), including associated spare parts (PDR), as needed.
Ensure coordination with the warehouse department for spare parts management, as well as defining and updating stock levels.
Monitor and optimize the stock of critical spare parts and consumables.
Issue purchase requisitions (DA) and coordinate with the purchasing department until the reception of services, parts, and equipment.
Perform quality control of delivered parts and equipment and report/claim any non-conformity from suppliers.
Participate in the development of maintenance plans, manage level N5 notifications up to the creation of work orders (WO) and track the execution of work.
Provide technical support to execution teams (documents, parts, methods).
Have a good understanding and be able to read maintenance performance indicators (availability, MTBF, MTTR, costs...).
Utilize online monitoring tools (CMB) and data from field measurements to support equipment tracking.
Understand and interpret monitoring data to detect deviations, contribute to anomaly analysis, and support maintenance decision-making.
Contribute to the preparation of technical shutdowns and major shutdowns (Procedures, work lists, cost estimation).
Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors for technical needs and specialized interventions.
Participate in the preparation of new project files (specifications, technical plans, and purchase requisitions).
Proficiency in CAD tools and reverse engineering is an asset for the position.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and report any incidents to the safety coordinator and management.
Ensure compliance with conformity requirements and good professional conduct through organizational and procedural measures in accordance with Group guidelines.
Participate in incident analysis and lessons learned to improve maintenance practices.
Ensure technical watch on equipment, technologies, and maintenance methods.
Contribute to optimizing maintenance costs and the reliability of industrial facilities.
Basic technical knowledge: cement and its applications
Classical and dialectal Arabic, Berber, French, English.
