Job :

As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting a Care Management Agent with confirmed experience in cardiology to support the development of our activity.

• Process and follow up on care management requests (PEC) with mutual insurance, insurance companies, and approved organizations.
• Assemble, check, and complete the administrative files necessary to obtain care management approvals.
• Ensure follow-ups and track files until final validation.
• Coordinate communication between the different departments involved, especially admissions, billing, care teams, and paying organizations.
• Guarantee the transmission and follow-up of files sent to external partners.
• Ensure the compliance of supporting documents and adherence to internal procedures.
• Respond to patient information requests and assist them with their administrative procedures.
• Produce follow-up reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of care management processes.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in management, administration, accounting, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a healthcare facility specializing in cardiology.

- Excellent command of care management and billing procedures, and relations with health insurance and mutual organizations.

- Good knowledge of the administrative process for patient files.

- Proficiency in office software and management tools.

- Organizational skills, rigor, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in coordination with various stakeholders.
