As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting a Care Management Agent with confirmed experience in cardiology to support the development of our activity.
Profile sought:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+3) in management, administration, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a healthcare facility specializing in cardiology.
- Excellent command of care management and billing procedures, and relations with health insurance and mutual organizations.
- Good knowledge of the administrative process for patient files.
- Proficiency in office software and management tools.
- Organizational skills, rigor, responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in coordination with various stakeholders.
