Job :

You will hold one of the following positions: Crew Scheduler, Station Agent, or Assistant On Duty Manager.
Depending on the role, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the coordination of air operations and real-time flight monitoring.
• Planning and managing crew schedules in compliance with regulations.
• Preparing and validating flight plans, taking into account weather, fuel, and performance constraints.
• Supervising operations and making quick decisions in case of unforeseen events.
• Ensuring communication between different stakeholders (crews, maintenance, operations control).
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

Required profile :

You hold a validated Bac+3 diploma (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) in one of the following fields: industrial engineering, IT, logistics, international trade, business management, economics, mathematics, or physics.
You have:

• A sense of service and responsibility.
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
• Good command of French (English is a plus).
• Comfort with IT tools and planning systems.
• The ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
