Job :

The PMO / AI Project Coordinator will have the main mission of: Leading the AI Initiatives Portfolio & Valorization, Supporting the coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of the project initiatives' value across ALTEN's support functions, by ensuring the management of the AI demand portfolio, the preparation of business cases, and the post-deployment ROI monitoring.

Mission details

• Manage and monitor the AI demand pipeline.
• Support the qualification of use cases, the preparation of business cases, and their prioritization.
• Evaluate the potential business value and ROI of AI initiatives.
• Monitor the actual ROI, achievement of KPIs, and adoption of solutions after deployment.
• Maintain portfolio reporting, roadmaps, and dashboards.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure the follow-up of action plans.
• Collaborate closely with DSIG teams to assess impacts, dependencies, resource needs, and implementation feasibility.
• Cover the scope of Corporate support functions: Finance, HR, Purchasing, DDPS, BM, etc.

Required profile :

University degree (Bac+5) in engineering.

5 years of experience in a similar role.

Required skills:

PMO / Project Management: portfolio management, roadmap monitoring, demand pipeline management, multi-stakeholder coordination

Analysis & Reporting: Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, dashboards, KPIs, ROI, business case
AI & Digital Transformation: understanding of AI challenges, comprehension of business AI use cases, measurement of business value

Cross-functional: communication, stakeholder management, ability to work in a cross-functional environment (Business, Transformation, DSIG)
