Join a major player in the pharmacy and healthcare sector located in Safi. As an Operating Room Assistant, the main mission is to provide essential support to the surgical team to ensure the smooth and safe running of procedures within a demanding clinical environment.
The main goal of this role is to provide optimal technical assistance during surgical procedures while ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and sterilization protocols. It involves actively contributing to the success of procedures by anticipating the surgeon's needs and maintaining a perfectly organized operating environment.
Daily activities revolve around clinical support and management of the technical platform:
- Preparation and verification of medical equipment and the surgical field before each procedure.
- Direct assistance during surgical procedures according to the medical team's directives.
- Maintenance of strict asepsis in the operating room to minimize any risk of infection.
- Management and tracking of the traceability of medical devices used.
- Smooth and professional communication with different members of the care team.
Required profile :
A Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in healthcare or social work is essential to join this role.
A solid professional experience of 5 to 10 years in a hospital or clinic setting is required to master the specifics of operating room assistance.
The desired candidate demonstrates great rigor and excellent concentration skills. Expected skills include:
