Job :

Attijariwafa bank, the leading banking group in the Maghreb and a key financial player in Africa, is recruiting a Sourcing Analyst for the Group Human Capital Department to strengthen the recruitment drive and support the development of the Group's talent pool.

In this role, you will identify, approach, and qualify the best talents in line with business needs, build a candidate pool, and optimize the time-to-hire:

Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners & business managers to optimize recruitment processes,
  • Prepare and post job ads on various channels (job boards, social networks, employee referrals, schools, internal talent pools, etc.),  
  • Identify, approach, and qualify the best talents in line with business needs,
  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews to validate key criteria,
  • Update and track applications in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System),
  • Provide regular reporting and contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing,
  • Actively search for in-demand profiles and build specialized talent pools.

Required profile :

With a Bac +5 degree in Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, or Business School, you have at least 2 years of experience in HR, ideally in recruitment/sourcing.

Skills sought:

  • Mastery of sourcing and candidate approach techniques.
  • Ability to analyze needs, select, and pre-select profiles.
  • Proficient with digital HR tools & ATS.
  • Organized, rigorous, and able to manage priorities.
  • Results-oriented & reactive.
  • Good interpersonal skills, curiosity, and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
