As part of the development of our distribution network, Ingelec is recruiting DIY Commercial Promoters to promote our products in DIY hypermarkets and contribute to achieving sales objectives.
Positions based in: Bricoma: Salé - Témara - Mohammedia.
Mr. Bricolage: Tangier - Marrakech
Main missions:
- Promote and showcase products to customers in store.
- Conduct demonstrations and present the technical features of products.
- Advise and guide consumers in their purchases.
- Ensure product visibility and compliance with merchandising plans.
- Monitor product availability on shelves and report stock shortages.
- Increase brand visibility within points of sale.
- Gather market information and relay customer feedback.
- Prepare regular activity reports.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Commercial or technical training, high school diploma/bachelor's degree (Bac/Bac+2).
- Experience in commercial promotion, sales, or product promotion is highly appreciated.
- Knowledge of the DIY, tools, or materials sector.
- Ability to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dynamic, autonomous, and proactive.
