Created in 2003, under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Maritime Fisheries, the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Horses (SOREC) has as its main missions the supervision of breeding, the development of horse racing, and the management of horse betting in Morocco.
By virtue of its mission, SOREC oversees horse societies, supports breeding programs as a partner to breeders' associations, and ensures the improvement of national equestrian infrastructure.
In addition to this, SOREC is engaged in a policy aimed at improving the competitiveness of Moroccan breeding and energizing the horse market.
SOREC covers the entire country with 5 stud farms, 43 covering stations, and 11 equine breeding promotion centers, in addition to numerous collaborations with the main equestrian associations of the kingdom.

Reporting to the Sales Department, your main mission will be to strengthen the promotion of the sales network and stimulate SOREC's revenue growth through an active presence in the field. As such, your main activities will be:
Recruitment of new points of sale
- Prospect for new partners using a compelling B to B approach.
- Identify opportunities for network development and assess the relevance of partnerships.
- Conduct negotiations with partners.
Product promotion and sales animation
- Plan and make regular visits to the various points of sale in the region.
- Actively promote SOREC products within the sales network.
- Deploy targeted actions such as promotional events, roadshows, and merchandising at points of sale.
- Dynamically animate SOREC's points of sale and agencies according to a precise schedule.
Maintaining a field presence
- Make regular visits to points of sale to maintain strong relationships with managers.
- Provide support to the sales teams at points of sale, helping them to effectively present SOREC's products and services and responding to their requests.
Quality control and reporting
- Make regular visits to the network to check its compliance with SOREC standards.
- Monitor daily achievement of objectives and provide detailed reports to management.
- Analyze discrepancies between objectives and achievements, and propose corrective actions.
- Identify growth opportunities and potential problems within the network.
- Propose recommendations and corrective actions to optimize results.
Sales monitoring
- Conduct constant sales monitoring in your area of activity to stay aware of the latest trends and opportunities.
- Collect feedback and suggestions from customers and point-of-sale managers to improve SOREC's products, services, and processes.
As a potential candidate:You have a Baccalaureate +2/3 in Management, Commerce, or equivalent with 2 to 5 years of minimum experience in a similar position.
Required skills:
- Good knowledge of Merchandising and sales;
- In-depth knowledge of commerce and negotiation;
- Strong skills in organizational planning and conflict resolution;
- Excellent command of competitive intelligence and benchmarking;
- Good practice of prospecting, sales animation, and product promotion techniques;
- Ability to manage and lead a field team while demonstrating resilience to stress and pressure;
- Quality and customer oriented.
