Joining a dynamic structure at the heart of the agri-food sector in Had Soualem represents a stimulating opportunity for an HSE animator passionate about prevention. The main mission is to ensure the operational deployment of the safety and environmental policy within the production workshops.
The central objective is to cultivate a culture of prevention embedded in daily habits in order to reduce professional risks while ensuring exemplary compliance with current regulatory standards.
Daily life within the factory revolves around field actions aimed at continuous improvement of HSE performance:
- Leading safety talks and raising awareness among operational teams.
- Regularly conducting safety audits and inspections in production areas.
- In-depth analysis of accident causes and rigorous follow-up of corrective action plans.
- Management and updating of regulatory documents as well as the single document.
- Monitoring performance indicators to guide areas for improvement.
Required profile :
A Bachelor's degree (Bac +3 level)
First successful experience of 1 to 3 years in an industrial environment, ideally in the agri-food sector
Rigor, listening skills, and a strong ability to convince teams are essential assets. The following skills are particularly sought after:
- Mastery of industrial safety standards and regulations.
- Proven ability in project management and team leadership.
- Analytical and writing skills to ensure effective reporting.
- Reactivity in emergency situations and strong technical proposal skills.
