Job :

• Ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures on site;
• Conduct HSE rounds and inspections;
• Identify risky situations and propose corrective actions;
• Raise awareness and train employees on safety rules;
• Participate in accident and incident investigations;
• Oversee personal protective equipment (PPE);
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of preventive and corrective actions;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the safety culture.

Required profile :

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HSE, QHSE, Safety, or a similar field;
• Some experience in a similar role is desirable;
• Good knowledge of safety rules and risk prevention;
• Organizational skills, rigor, and good interpersonal skills;
• Field-oriented mindset and ability to engage teams.
