Job :

As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting a Purchasing Officer on a temporary contract.

Main tasks:
• Consult suppliers and request quotes.
• Place purchasing orders.
• Ensure order follow-up until reception.
• Manage and track local transport and handling operations.
• Ensure delivery deadlines are met and products are available.
 

As a Purchasing Officer, your main tasks will include:

• Identify and select suppliers according to predefined criteria.
• Negotiate purchasing conditions (price, delivery times, payment terms).
• Place and track purchase orders.
• Manage supplier relationships and evaluate their performance.
• Anticipate needs and adjust orders based on forecasts and stock levels.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of purchasing processes.

Required profile :

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in logistics, purchasing, management, or equivalent.
• Some experience in a similar role is desired.
• Rigor, organization, and good communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, SAP is a plus).
