Service Description
Within the URBANISM entity of OINIS IT and in collaboration with other OINIS departments and verticals, the service revolves around the two main objectives mentioned below:
Design the components and models supporting OINIS's infrastructure, network, cloud, and services with the aim of digitalization and automation of business processes by transforming the IT OSS and BSS ecosystem and introducing new technological concepts such as the use of Data and AI, architecture modeling, modeling of new API interfaces, and contributing to the definition of orchestration processes covering all business, sales, production, and operations journeys.
Maintain the architecture and process repository used by the department and by all of Orange Wholesale, ensuring consistency with the OINIS IT baseline, and support teams and other architects in using the repository.
Expected Deliverables:
- Under the guidance of the head of architectures for the OINIS Urbanism department, participate in the definition, promotion, and evolution of IT architecture rules and guidelines at functional, software, and technical levels.
- Align IT Urbanism with the Company Strategy.
- Lead and participate in architecture design initiatives and ensure the consistency of the architecture and process repository.
- Maintain and, if necessary, propose required evolutions for the repository to promote its use within Orange Wholesale.
- Identify the impacts of IT transformations on business operations.
- Conduct studies, ensure the compliance of the defined architecture with recommendations, and make proposals for evolving these recommendations if necessary.
- Present and communicate architectural principles to stakeholders.
- Identify bottlenecks that slow down the IT system transformation and propose solutions to address them.
- Participate in the planning, definition, and design of solutions.
- Document the defined architectures.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in IT as an Enterprise Architect.
- Proficiency in modeling and using repositories within an architecture team for documentation and impact analysis.
- Experience in Telco infrastructure, network, or cloud is highly appreciated.
Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and IT systems in general.
- Knowledge of IT standards and norms used by Telecom would be a plus: TOGAF, Open Digital Architecture, TMF, MEF, etc.
- Knowledge of IT standards and norms used by Telecom: TOGAF, Open Digital Architecture, TMF, MEF, etc.
- Proficient in tools and standards used for IT architecture modeling: Archimate, BPMN, UML Diagrams, sequence diagrams, DMN, etc.
- Good knowledge of Telecom OSS and BSS IT architectures and associated functions: CRM, CLM, CPQ, ETL, BI, Billing, IAM, COM, SOM, ROM, Inventories, etc.
- Proficiency in the fundamentals of Telco & Cloud network and infrastructure.
- Good knowledge of digitalization constraints.
- Ability to read, write, and conduct discussions in English.
- Teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Open-mindedness and creativity.
- Proactivity and autonomy.
- Ability to work in an international context with different cultures.
- Good communication skills.
