As our activities grow, we are looking for an Area Manager / Regional Manager to support and manage our stores in the Tangier region.
Job :
Your main tasks
Manage the commercial and operational performance of our stores.
Support, supervise, and develop field teams to achieve set goals.
Ensure operational excellence and quality of customer experience.
Ensure good execution of commercial actions and compliance with merchandising standards.
Track and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary action plans.
Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize commercial results.
Train and support store managers to strengthen their skills and performance.
Ensure regular presence in the field and verify proper application of our commercial strategy.
Required profile :
Profile sought
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Commerce, Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-site management, ideally in the retail sector.
Good command of commercial performance indicators and store management.
Leadership, coaching skills, and ability to unite teams.
Strong results orientation, autonomy, and organizational skills.
Regional mobility and availability for regular travel.
Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or perfume industry is a real plus.
