As part of our development, we are recruiting for our partner Chubb Fire & Security a Commercial Assistant.

As a Commercial Assistant, you will have the opportunity to be part of an international, constantly evolving environment and to be part of a professional and open-minded team.

Main tasks:
- Receiving phone calls from customers and employees of the company (French market) B2B and B2C;
- Detailed and targeted analysis of customer needs;
- Directing calls to the right person using internal tools;
- Sending emails to take messages;
- Sending requested documents.
Required profile :
Required skills and experience:
- Degree level Bac +2/3 (equivalent to Associate's or Bachelor's degree);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center, specifically in call reception;
- Very good command of French, written and spoken;
- Good speaking skills;
- Good listening and service skills;
- Comfortable on the phone;
- Excellent ability to absorb information;
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...).
