Join a dynamic company in the Medical Equipment sector, recognized for its commitment to innovation and quality. As a Tender Assistant, you will play a key role in the commercial success of our team based in Rabat. Your contribution will be essential for our market development.

Your main objective will be to ensure the smooth running and success of our responses to tenders, by ensuring effective coordination and respecting deadlines. You will thus actively contribute to achieving our growth objectives and strengthening our competitive position.

As part of your duties, you will be asked to:

• Analyze the specifications and documents related to tenders.
• Prepare and assemble the response files in compliance with the requirements.
• Monitor the markets and new opportunities.
• Coordinate information with different internal departments (technical, sales, legal).
• Track submission results and analyze feedback.
• Manage documentation and archiving of tender files.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of response processes.

Required profile :

A diploma of Bac +3 (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree) is required for this position. A qualification in Sales Administration or After-Sales Service (ASS) would be a major asset.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role is essential. You have ideally worked in a demanding environment and have in-depth knowledge of tender procedures.

To excel in this role, it is essential to have the following skills:

• Mastery of administrative and commercial management techniques.
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills.
• Rigor, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in office software (Office Suite).
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of the medical equipment sector would be a plus.
