Job :
Within a dynamic advertising and direct marketing agency based in Casablanca, this Treasury Assistant opportunity allows you to participate in the strategic financial management of a constantly evolving structure. The goal is to ensure operational fluidity in processing financial flows while guaranteeing the reliability of accounting data.
The role involves optimizing the daily monitoring of bank transactions and actively contributing to the security of the agency's financial flows. Exemplary rigor is expected to maintain a constant balance and precise visibility on liquidity, thereby facilitating daily financial decision-making within the organization.
Daily responsibilities revolve around the rigorous management of treasury and current accounting:
- Ensure daily monitoring of bank accounts and reconciliations.
- Manage supplier payments and monitor customer receipts in compliance with payment deadlines.
- Participate in the preparation of documents needed for periodic accounting closings.
- Monitor treasury flows to anticipate working capital needs.
- Maintain smooth communication with banking partners and internal departments.
Required profile :
To succeed in this role, a 2-year degree (Bac+2) in Management, Accounting, or Finance is required.
A professional experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar accounting or treasury position is essential to quickly grasp the specifics of the advertising sector.
Beyond academic background, technical proficiency is necessary:
- Solid mastery of office tools, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of the fundamental principles of general accounting.
- Analytical skills and a strong sense of organization.
- Ability to synthesize information and reliability in processing figures.
