Job :

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to manage the daily administrative activities of the firm and provide effective support to Management, Human Resources, and various departments.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Receive visitors, clients, and partners in person.
  • Handle phone calls and direct requests.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming image of the firm.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail (reception, tracking, filing, and archiving).
  • Update and organize administrative databases.
  • Prepare and track administrative files for Management.
  • Participate in the preparation of invoicing and service agreements.
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of agreements and deadlines.
  • Check and track staff expense reports.
  • Provide administrative support to HR teams.
  • Participate in the management of general services.
  • Ensure the organization and archiving of administrative documents.

Required profile :

  • Similar professional experience of at least 2 years.
  • Good command of administrative tasks and document management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with a sense of welcome and communication.
  • Rigor, discretion, and service-oriented attitude.
