Job :

Customer Contact:

  • Welcome customers according to brand standards, whether in person or by phone.
  • Implement actions related to customer satisfaction (external / internal) and follow up through performance indicators.
  • Schedule appointments for customers and prospects.
  • Achieve assigned objectives (quantitative / qualitative) and develop action plans in case of deviation.

Communication and Data:

  • Communicate openly with customers and management.
  • Show respect to customers and colleagues.
  • Inform customers about all necessary information regarding the administrative file.
  • Follow processes and standards related to the represented brand and billing processes.
  • Track and enter prospects into the information system according to internal procedures, ensuring customer data protection.
  • Enter pro-forma invoices.
  • Communicate and report to the management team and with other departments and services with whom interaction occurs.


Planning & Organization:

  • Organize and manage appointments for those who requested them (managers / sales representatives... etc.).
  • Plan for efficient meetings.
  • Be a source of suggestions to streamline workflows and facilitate the work of the sales team.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up with the concerned individuals.
  • Manage the archiving system. 

Required profile :

Training and Diplomas

  • High school diploma +2 years of higher education (e.g., Associate's degree)

Knowledge

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the automotive market is a plus
  • Understanding of how a car works
