Job :

We are looking for a diligent, versatile, and very organized Communication Assistant, capable of ensuring the smooth coordination of communication actions and materials.

The position requires, above all, an excellent sense of organization: managing priorities, tracking requests, coordinating with teams, and meeting deadlines. The design aspect is a naturally complementary skill, essential for producing or adapting coherent and attractive communication materials.

• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of communication actions.
• Organize communication requests, schedules, content, and approvals.
• Manage priorities, coordinate with the relevant stakeholders, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Participate in the preparation of content for social media, newsletters, presentations, events, and internal communications.
• Ensure the consistency of messages, tone of voice, and visual identity across all materials.
• Create, adapt, and format visual materials when necessary: publications, posters, flyers, presentations, banners, or templates.

Required profile :

• Excellent sense of organization, planning, and follow-up.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or requests simultaneously with diligence.
• Good understanding of communication fundamentals: writing, editorial line, digital communication, campaign coordination, and content management.
• Very good writing skills and ability to summarize information.
• Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to work with different stakeholders.
• Autonomy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Graphic sensibility and ability to design clear and engaging communication materials.
• Design skills.
• Proficiency in design tools: Canva minimum.
• Ability to create and adapt professional visual materials, while respecting a brand guide.
• Good sense of layout, typography, colors, and brand identity
