Job :

As part of our business development, we are looking for an organized, dynamic, and versatile Administrative Assistant, capable of handling administrative tasks and supporting management in the daily operations of the company.

We preferably seek a candidate from a specialized institute, a business school, or an establishment like OFPPT / ISTA.

Main Missions

1-Administrative Management

• Handle and track administrative documents;
• Manage phone calls, emails, and mail;
• Organize and file administrative documents;
• Prepare minutes, reports, and presentations.

2-Management Assistance

• Manage the management's schedule and appointments;
• Organize meetings and business travel;
• Follow up on priorities and deadlines;
• Facilitate communication between management and different departments.

3-Coordination and Follow-up

• Ensure follow-up on internal files;
• Participate in daily administrative organization;
• Follow up on certain HR, CSR, or legal tasks as needed;
• Ensure the confidentiality of information handled.
 


Required profile :

Education

• Bac +2 / Bac +3 (Associate's/Bachelor's degree) in:
• Administrative Assistance,
• Business Management,
• Administration,
• Administrative and Commercial Management, or equivalent.

Experience

• Initial experience in a similar role is desired;
• Motivated recent graduates may also apply.
