Manage the management's calendar and appointments
Organize meetings and travel
Draft and format professional documents
Handle calls, emails, and mail
Administrative follow-up and internal coordination
Degree: Bac+3 minimum in management or equivalent
Experience: at least 3 years as an Executive Assistant
Excellent command of French (spoken and written) - MANDATORY
Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Organizational skills, rigor, and discretion
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
