Job :
Reporting to the Water Resources Department, your missions will be:
Manage incoming/outgoing mail, and the department head's electronic correspondence,
Manage the department head's schedule, receive visitors, and handle phone calls (filtering, appointment scheduling, etc.),
Organize travel for the department head and their team members (transport, administrative formalities, accommodation, catering, visas, etc.),
Prepare bid submission files,
Collect and update data for responses to tenders (Reference certificates, CVs, diplomas, project sheets, etc.),
Prepare the necessary materials for meetings (prepare files, manage invitations, book rooms, etc.)
Required profile :
Graduate of a Bac+3 level program in secretarial, management, or administration
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in office software tools,
Strong organizational skills,
Good writing skills,
Excellent communication skills,
Rigor, autonomy, and dynamism,
Organization, availability, interface management,
Team spirit
