Join our dynamic company in the Medical Equipment sector as a Medical Assistant. Based in Casablanca, you will play a key role in the organization and smooth running of administrative and medical activities, while ensuring quality reception and optimal patient care.

You will actively contribute to the efficiency of the patient journey, the coordination of medical activities, and the maintenance of a high level of service quality. As a true interface between patients, practitioners, and various stakeholders, you will participate in the smooth running of consultations and the administrative follow-up of medical records.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming, directing, and informing patients in person and by phone.

Managing appointments and ensuring the organization of practitioners' schedules.

• Compiling, updating, and monitoring patients' medical records, respecting confidentiality.
• Ensuring the administrative management of consultations and medical documents.
• Coordinating communication between doctors, patients, laboratories, and other health professionals.
• Preparing consultations and ensuring the smooth organization of the patient journey.
• Entering and updating data on medical management software.
• Carrying out administrative follow-up, billing, and procedures related to patient files.
• Managing medical supplies and ensuring the smooth administrative functioning of the facility.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of reception quality and patient satisfaction.

Required profile :

To excel in this role of Medical Assistant, a 2-year college degree (Bac +2) is required. Training focused on healthcare professions, medical administration, or paramedical fields would be highly appreciated.

A first experience of at least 1 year in a medical environment (practice, clinic, health center) is desired to ensure good integration and understanding of the sector's challenges.
